Freedom festival

Yesterday, May 5th, was the annual celebration regarding the end of World War 2 in the Netherlands. Traditionally this day is being celebrated by festivals with bands playing all over the country. Of course, there was one of those festivals as well, so Ziena, her boyfriend and I went and had a look. We had a great day out there in the sun, with lots of booze and actually quite doable bands.

One of the bands playing is called The Elisabeth Knowhow, and my friend Rik plays guitar in it. Theyn did a great performance, and of course it's always nice to see someone you know up there on that stage.

After the festival ended, I was kinda tired, so Sara and I decided to watch the James Bond movie GoldenEye. Since we both couldn't keep our eyes open at one point, we decided not to finish it off, so I went to bed quite early. So now it's Sunday, and this afternoon E. is coming over, so I guess it will be a nice day as well.
