My new favourite Tv show (well, besides from Dirt and ANTM) is Janince Dickinson Modelling Agency! Holland has entered the second season a couple of weeks ago, and it's a complete hoot. For those not in the know: Janice Dickinson is an ex-supermodel and former judge on America's Next Top Model. After her career in modelling, she decided to start her own modelling agency and to film it all for a reality soap.
I can not recommend this show enough. Granted, there are loads of series starring models nowadays, so it may seem as just another one, but then you don't know Janice. She's the ultimate bitch who's not able to say a word without raising her voice. Even if she says something supposed to be sweet (I think), she still acts as if she's furiously mad. If I was working for her, I think I would be terrified with her, but since I'm a viewer, I just have a great time watching her show.
On yesterday's episode she made an ex Survivor contestand called JP something come out of the closet on television, then faked she really cared for him, and actually got thanked for it. Also, some of her girls went to Portland to act as ring girls on some wrestling game (which goes to show modelling comes very close to prostitution), where one guy exposed himself to the horror of some midwest good girl. In the process, Janice acts as if she's looking after her models while actually she's looking after her own checkbook period.
I read on Wikipedia the show has gone into its third season in the United States (could it have something to do with the ongoing writer's guild strike?) so there's lots of episodes to look forward to!
