You wouldn't even believe how happy I am the weekend has started. The first week after three weeks vacation takes a bit of getting used to, so afterwards you finally realise how titing it can be. It has been a good week though, and I'm really happy to be back at the office.
Tonight, we're having a work function, which is also nice, because it gives me a way of seeing everyone again in a more informal way. Not that it hasn't been great seeing everyone at work, but you know how it goes, with a nice glass of wine everything gets a little bit easier.
After the work function, there's another party to go to, and I'm looking forward to that one as well, so I guess I'll be having a great evening. Anyway, of course it's also a nice thing to be able to wake up tomorrow knowing there's nothing I have to go to real early, so I guess that makes a difference as well.
Ziena and I are going shopping for new clothes for her job interview next week, and being the gay guy I am, of course I pretend to be the perfect companion for an occasion like this.
