Crazy for you

Again, I had an absolutely delightful weekend! After watching Holland winning the World Cup match against Ivory Coast on Friday, I was in a bit of a euphoric mood, so me and my mates had some drinks, after which I went home to watch my new I'm Going To Tell You A Secret DVD and listen to my Re-Invention CD. So far so good since I had to get up early the day after to go to E., and of course I had a long train ride ahead of me.

So, on Saturday I headed for Breda where E. picked me up from the station. We biked our way to a terrace where we had a couple of beers, and then went home to get ready for a garden party. This was a bit scary, since his entire family would be there, and of course I'm not dating E. that long, so as you can imagine I was a bit apprehensive about this. Boy was I wrong! His family was really nice and they seemed to like me very much. I got along with them great, so now I'm invited to his brother's birthday dinner next week, and to go along on their family weekend. It may seem a bit early form stuff like that, but I'm enjoying it a lot, so I don't mind one bit.

On Sunday we rose early, packed our stuff (wine, for the most of it) and went to the beach for some swimming and sunbathing. Both E. and I got totally sunburned, but all in all it was a very nice afternoon. When we got home we watched the movie Birth starring Nicole Kidman, and I was shocked to see that Nicole was actually capable of playing lousy movies. Oh well, Nicole's Nicole so I still love her.

The train ride back was complete hell, since the first two and a half hours I was in a train with no air conditioning while it was a very hot day. Fortunately, I survived, so here I am at work looking back on a fantastic weekend. The more I see E., the more crazy I get for him! I miss him very much now that I'm not around him, but I'm seeing him again very soon!

Have a great day everyone!
