Reply from Apple

As I wrote earlier this evening, I send Apple an e-mail to congratulate them with the removal of hate groups Exodus International's app from their iTunes App Store. This is what I wrote them:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for removing the Exodus International app from your iTunes App Store. As a happy iPhone user, who also happens to be gay, I''m glad you decided to remove this hate group''s app from your Store. Please keep up the good work.

I just got their reply:

After reading your email, it is my understanding that you would like to express your feelings about the app "Exodus International" being removed. My name is Ray, and I can certainly appreciate your desire to express your feelings, so I will gladly assist you with this process.

Apple recognizes that no one is better qualified to provide feedback about iTunes than the people who use it. I encourage you to use the iTunes Feedback page to submit your comments:

Of course, I will use their iTunes Feedback page, and I would like to encourage you to do the same. Make them know we don't like the Apple platform to be used to spread hate towards gays and lesbians. Thank you!
