Lifetime can be fun

It's the start of the month and therefor the busiest time at the office. Eevery time a month has ended, my department jumps into overdrive to get all the financial stuff and management reports done in time, which has a bit of extra pressure in it this time round, since it's my last day before my three week vacation starts. I'm trying to get as much work done as I can before I leave, but I do have to say it's a bit stressful.

So, in order to be all fresh and productive today, I decided to stay in after all yesterday evening. Teaching mrs. Tingle was on television, and it turned out to be quite a nice movie. I mean, not Oscar material to say the least, but nonetheless enjoyable. After that, there was one of those Lifetime kinda programmes called I Shouldn't Be Alive. It's some kind of series depicting events where people survived who had all the odds against them. This time it was about a boat collapsing in the middle of the Atlantic, after which the survivors get stalked by sharks. I won't spoil it for you, but not everyone survived.

So does this sound like a very boring evening to you? That's because it was, but it was still kinda nice. Tonight there won't be a repeat, I'm going for a drink with some friends!
