Fun with my boyfriend

I'm up awfully early for a vacation day, but that's because W. had to go to work and therefor had the alarm clock set at 8.30. Once I was awake I decided to get out of bed as well, so now I'm having a nice long day to enjoy. Unfortunately the weather isn't exactly cooperating, but it can't ruin my very good mood.

Sunday W. and I went to a very cute hotel in Drenthe (a province in Holland). A friend of W. was looking after the hotel while the owners were on vacation, so he invited W. (and me as well) to come over. We had some nice glasses of wine and found out the room was absolutely gorgeous. After a good night sleep and a nice breakfast, we went walking on the countryside, which was nice.

After that, we drove to Emmen (a nearby town). We found out that apart from the zoo, there is absolutely nothing to do in Emmen, but we enjoyed ourselves nevertheless.

At about 5 in the afternoon we came home, after which I went for drinks with my co-worker and friend Rik. I hadn't seen him for about a month, so it was about time to do some catching up. So at about 2 I went home and slept for quite a long time. Yesterday afternoon I went for a drink with Sjeed, after which W. came over to my place, where we watched a movie.

Now W. is at work and I won't see him again till tomorrow, but that's okay, just thinking about him makes me happy!
