Making progress

Remember how I once said there's this guy at work I kinda fancy? Well, actually I never mentioned it hear before for fear he might read it, but then again, he probably doesn't even know my name so he won't find it. Besides, there are so many people working at my office he could never be sure I'm posting this about him anyway.

But let's cut to the chase. For quite some time I've been sort of staring at him during breaks and me and Ziena have thought on several occasions he did the same. Of course, onde can never be sure, and you can oh so easily think he's looking back, just because you want to.

Anyway, today we were having a break and the company's restaurant pas practically empty, meaning he could go and sit anywhere he would want. Guess what, he sat down right next to us, for no apparant reason. Now, that must say something don't it? Of course, being the shitface I am, I couldn't chat up to him, but at least I smiled a bit at him, and he did smile back, so maybe this was a good start. Bad thing is he's probably free tomorrow, so I'm gonna have to wait on Monday to see him again.

Still, it's a good reason to look forward going to the office (which I do anyways, but still), so I'm just gonna wait and see what happens. Too bad he doesn't smoke. For some reason chatting up to someone seems to go a lot easier on the balcony, where you can start a full blown conversation about the weather, or other small talk like that. Maybe when we get an actual summer here, it's gonna be warm enough for him to go outside as well during lunch break. So here's for praing for summer!
